Westland Insurance Closes on Acquisition of Storm Insurance Group
SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA – January 7, 2021 – Westland Insurance Group Ltd. (“Westland”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of Nova Scotia-based Storm Insurance Group (“Storm”).
Westland Insurance Group is proud to be your insurance broker, from coast to coast! We’re hard at work developing a new website to reflect our growing network of locations, which will launch in September. This acquisition supports Westland’s expansion strategy to serve more communities nationally, and it is the company’s first acquisition with offices in the provinces of Nova Scotia and Quebec.
